The Importance of Setting Goals

 Jim Cathcart, a noted professional speaker, once said, “Most people aim at nothing in life and hit it with amazing accuracy.” If we don’t specify exactly what we want, we have no reason to complain about what we get or where we find ourselves. It’s really important to set some goals in life and business. When you begin to work out your goals you need to make them as specific as possible.

Network marketing is an industry that continues to churn out millionaires every single day! You’ve got to ask yourself this question? What sort of income would excite me? What sort of income would make me wake up every morning thrilled about what my life is going to be like 12 months to 3 years from today? Are you exhilarated at the prospect of being able to spend more time with your family; travel to wherever, whenever using whatever tickles your fancy, just because you are able to do so?

As long as you’re focussed on your daily goals, and doing what needs to be done, your success will just be a matter of time. You have to continue working your numbers: remember the law of averages. Immerse yourself with inspiring videos, articles or books every single day. Develop the success habit on a daily basis; like I said earlier, if you continually remind yourself that network marketing is only a numbers game, you will eventually succeed. You can’t and shouldn’t gauge your success by the negative response of one individual. This is the biggest numbers game on the planet and the internet is revolutionising our industry and with 1.7 billion people online in 2010, the potential is mind-boggling!

One thing that successful people have in common is a set of ‘success’ habits. You can create a habit in just 21 days. Figure out what you need to do on a daily basis to achieve success, go out there and do it consistently and success is inevitable. There are so many strategies within MyLeadSystemPro that work very well; all that needs to be done is learn how to utilise these training strategies effectively by not spreading yourself too thin. Focus on one or two strategies, three at most.

As a network marketer, you don’t want to be like most people who spend their lives waiting for success to knock on their door; as we all know, it’s not going to happen if you don’t take the necessary steps to make it happen.
